Upgrade Computer Memory gives a 30 day money back guarantee on all products sold, whether it is opened or not (less our cost of shipping). The guarantee begins on the date the tracking information says the order was delivered. After 30 days, no credits will be issued. A RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number must be obtained before the product is returned to us. Please call 888-277-5227 to obtain a RMA. Any product received without a RMA will be returned to the customer. The cost and method of shipping the product back to us is the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend a track-able form of shipping to guarantee your package arrives to us.
