If the drive is damaged in shipment or arrives DOA, we will replace the drive at our cost. This includes shipment both ways. An RMA number is needed for any replacement. All returns require a RMA number. Please call 888-530-8555 to have one assigned. Returns must be less than 30 days from the delivery date, in the original condition, without any scratches or bent pins, and in the original electrostatic bag. Shipping charges are not refundable and the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the purchaser. We can provide a UPS Label at a discounted rate if needed, Call for details.
Each drive comes with a 3 year warranty from the manufacturer. We include in the box information on how to contact the manufacturer for warranty replacement.
