FAQ - Why did my RMA get shipped US postal when I paid originally for overnight?
All RMAs are shipped to the customer by U.S. Postal Service, even if the original shipment was by an Express Service (Overnight, 2 Day Air, etc.). This is because UpgradeComputerMemory.com never charges for replacements and a credit card is never verified. (This policy is waived if UpgradeComputerMemory.com is at fault and mis-shipped your order. An order is not considered to be mis-shipped if we substitute a faster memory module that is compatible for your system.)
However, UpgradeComputerMemory.com will ship your replacement package by an expedited service to you for a fee. The charge will be a small discount of the normal shipping rates.
