FAQ - How can I check the status of my order?

I placed an order the other day and want to see if it's been shipped yet, how can I check my status?

Please give one of our friendly Customer Care Representatives a call and be sure to reference your order number, or send an email to customercare@upgradecomputermemory.com. All orders are shipped out within 24 hours during the week. We are closed weekends, so orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are shipped on Monday.
